Wir sind rundum begeistert von Wolkenberg! Unser Umzug von Berlin nach Köln hätte nicht reibungsloser verlaufen können. Das gesamte Team war ausgesprochen freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und hat vom ersten Moment an einen sehr professionellen Eindruck hinterlassen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Umsicht und Sorgfalt, mit der unsere Möbel und Kartons behandelt wurden – nichts wurde dem Zufall überlassen. Alles kam zuverlässig und unversehrt am neuen Wohnort an. Auch die Organisation war perfekt: pünktlich, transparent und absolut zuverlässig. Wir fühlten uns jederzeit bestens aufgehoben und können Team Wolkenberg uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen stressfreien Umzug!

I had an incredibly smooth experience with Wolkenberg Service, and I can wholeheartedly recommend them—especially to international customers looking for a trustworthy moving company in Berlin. What I appreciated most was how easy and stress-free the entire process felt. I didn’t have to list every item in detail—instead, a representative came to my apartment to assess the volume, the destination address, and any special requirements. Shortly after, I received a non-binding, all-inclusive quote. It was still open to negotiation, and turned out to be the best price-to-quality ratio out of the three offers I had received. Their service covers everything you might need: • Booking of Halteverbot zones at both addresses (just make sure to plan that at least 2 weeks ahead!) • Professional packing and wrapping of fragile items (foil and padding included) • Optional furniture disassembly and reassembly • Disconnection and reconnection of appliances like washing machines or dishwashers • Insurance included—you’re covered in case of any damage (though nothing was damaged in my move!) The moving team arrived exactly on time, were professional and communicative throughout, always checking in with a smile and making sure everything was going to plan. They even took a moment to play with my dog—so sweet! I moved into a third-floor apartment without an elevator, and despite the challenge, the team worked efficiently and quickly. The whole move—including the transport across the city—was completed in about 4–5 hours. Please note that transportation between locations for the customer themselves is not included, so make your own travel plans separately. All in all, Wolkenberg made a notoriously stressful process feel calm and well-handled. Their clear communication, punctuality, and warm human touch really stood out. Der Umzug mit der Firma Wolkenberg ist super gelaufen. Pünktlich angekommen, alle Sachen zügig und ohne Schäden runter getragen, transportiert und in die neue Wohnung getragen.
