And they meant it: on the same day I passed my exam, I received an email asking for my bank details so they could return the remaining balance.
I’d especially like to thank my instructor, Jascha, for his exceptional approach. He was calm, focused, and incredibly supportive. With a strong sense of pedagogy and a warm attitude, he created a learning environment where I felt respected and confident — qualities that, unfortunately, are not a given everywhere.
What stood out to me the most was that even after I passed, the school reached out to let me know I could contact them anytime with further questions. That thoughtful follow-up reflects the school’s values: they’re not just about getting you through the exam — they genuinely care about doing things right.
