Alexandra Claes Coaching Consulting Training is the practice of Alexandra Claes, ICF Master Certified Coach and accredited coaching supervisor. Before founding it in 2018, she spent more than 17 years in corporate leadership in finance, operations and executive direction, in automotive, manufacturing and textiles. That background shapes the work, which is practical, discreet and grounded in how organisations actually run. Most engagements are commissioned by organisations. Alexandra designs and runs corporate mentoring programmes for talent and emerging leaders. She also coaches executives and senior managers through promotions, new roles and larger remits, and she supervises coaches and mentors. Since 2025 she has delivered mentoring programmes for an international financial services group, in English and French, including second editions. The approach is strengths-oriented, evidence-based and informed by neuroscience. Sessions take place online, worldwide, in English, French and Romanian.
