I came to get some passport photos taken. The photographer was extremely polite and agreed to communicate with me through a translation app because I’m still learning German. However, the place does not accept Visa or Masterdard cards, so if you don’t have a Girocard, cash unfortunately seems to be your only option. The other thing that left me disappointed was the policy (?) of the establishment where you cannot request changes after the photo was taken and before it’s printed. After I looked at my unprinted photos on the screen and didn’t like the way I looked there, I asked if the photographer could edit a photo I already had (it was 1,5 months old) to fit the requirements for a passport photo. I was told that it was possible, but I should have let the photographer know earlier, before my photos were taken by the photographer. While the photographer, in theory, was correct, I don’t believe it would have cost the photographer that much effort to use my photo instead. In the end, I had to accept the photo that was taken of me that I wasn’t fully satisfied with :( Now I’ll be stuck for years with a photo I don’t like
