As a British citizen working and living in Germany I looked for an insurance broker who would be able to correspond with me in English and work with an insurance provider to insure my car. I found ERICON and made an initial inquiry which resulted in a comprehensive reply in English and a follow on quotation for car insurance. I proceeded with the car insurance and the subsequent service I received from them has been excellent. They clearly explained the intricacies of German car insurance, in English, and worked with the insurance company to deliver the cover. They also respond rapidly to any questions that you have. I highly recommend them for insurance as they assess your needs and once agreed work on your behalf to deliver the cover, leaving the customer stress free.
